If it is 47m, the 5m for Tommy makes sense. It gives them immediate additional value but a 50% sell on clause could easily generate us 15 to 25m in the future.

Agree but it sounds like they accepted a sensible fee for Nunes at £47M. So we offered a low price for Doyle.
