Matias Kranevitter

I think he would definitely make the City squad, he would get in over Fernando easily in my opinion.

Atletico are interested as well I think so it could be a challenging deal if we are to put a bid in, plus they have Simeone who Kranevitter will no doubt look up to as he plays the same position as Diego once did.

I really hope our interest gets followed up, the lad is class.

If Atletico are interested that should make us sign the cheque. They've a great record in the transfer market. You can't tell much from videos but the best DM's in Europe will cost a lot and I'd prefer to spend the money elsewhere and look to take a punt on someone like Kranevitter. He's got the basic attributes that's for sure and I doubt it would take him long to settle.

As reporting Athletico Madrid CEO Gil Marin is in Argentina to seal a deal and beat city to his signature.

Hope we don't lose out. Get on it Txiki.

Very true. I saw a couples passes that I've only seen Yaya spot and actually make. I feel like no one else on our team is even capable of making them.

If he is as good as those who watch him say, he seems like a no-brainer in a transfer season where we're selling Yaya. We have a huge financial edge over Atletico and they can't even claim to give him more game time as their midfield is arguably superior to ours (especially without Yaya).

Lets hope Txiki is saying exactly what you're saying right now. I hadn't noticed him before but he looks good and Atleti being in for him is all I need to know about his defensive ability.

I'm just afraid it'll be another Zuculini, where we are rumoured and people get fucking hyped about a player nobody knows, to realise he's not really anything special.
