He started 5 games in a row, that's the longest he's been in the team. Missed 1 game due to injury so that's not the reason as to why he's not starting more.

I doubt stones would settle for being a mostly bench player.
Well that’s what he’s been for the second half of this season. He can force himself into a first teamer, just needs to perform.

Sammy Lee said that we were looking to sign a `top CB`, and that could be one of the reasons we are not buying a left back, and now these reports are coming out. Maybe we`re in for De Ligt after all?

Several young centrebacks were linked with City including BMG's Nico Elvedi and Benfica's Ferro. De Ligt isn't the only good young CB in the world, let others fight for him.
For me it would be De Ligt or Alderweireld or nothing. De Ligt because he’s a generational talent, and Alderweireld cause he has a low release clause. I believe both Garcia and Harwood-Bellis has the potential to make it here, so unless we’re in for De Ligt I would sign an older player that doesn’t block their pathway to the first team.
