I know it's a labour of love for you Gary. I have a copy of your book, 'Manchester City 125 Years of Football', which I'd recommend to anyone keen to know the history of our beloved club. Sadly though, I think it's now out of print.

Sadly, I never got paid by that publisher either! He put his company into administration; set up a new company; made a low offer for his old stock; including my book; made the profit (my contract with old company and legally no leg to stand on); reprinted my book as a paperback then put the new company into administration BEFORE I found out about the reprint. I couldn’t take legal action against his second company because it was in admin and it would’ve cost me with no gain.

Some publishers/businessmen are bastards.

I know that's not the only publisher you've had difficulty with......
There has to be a law that prevents a person running a company into liquidation and setting up a similar one that buys all the stock cheaply from the first one......
The administrators surely cannot allow that?
