Last week I was wondering why Doncaster belles had been demoted
.Not knowing all the fact, presentation etc.(which all clubs had a chance to put their case) I think that the FA could have made the WSL have
10 teams - which would have kept Donny in plus the winners of the Prem. league - Sunderland, last two seasons, and City(who must have put in a good case in their presentation.
The FA would not then have had this uproar. Just my opinion.-IMHO.
By throwing out Doncaster(who were founder members) and putting in City - it gives the impression to a lot of people that finance had come into it. Just another stick to beat City with by people not knowing all the facts.
Why not the bottom club, whoever they are, be relegated - and Sunderland could have been promoted ?

The MCFC Ladies team is a great set up, and a great bunch of people put time and effort into making it happen.

I've had the pleasure of meeting a lot of them, and they're fantastic.

I'd prefer them to grow organically and keep the spirit they have rather than splash a load of money at them to buy instant success for them.

I care not a jot who they support. I care that they are doing the blues proud, which they most definitely are.
