ticks all the boxes, 7 year old club. Made their way from div 2 to the top super league. Attendance 10,000 / game average, but an 80,000 capacity stadium. Namesake is the sponsor, which would make it a cakewalk to rename it to the CFG purpose.
The other two clubs are bigger and more established but may have more resistance to change.
Slightly less to be gained there as they already have a lot of impressive academies over there. Two large academies one in India and the other in SE Asia I heard a few weeks ago
