So, this morning, the club took down the fan2fan twitter exchange down this morning for 'Trademark Violations'.

However, the problem is deeper than this.

Apparently, the viagogo sales have been hit by the account which has made over 100 no fee face value ticket exchange.

Want a bigger problem? The club have a whole block of tickets for Spurs at home on VIAGOGO, whilst the club site says it's sold out. They are therefore selling £45 tickets for £63.

Shame on you, MCFC, shame on you.

Disgusting. I suspect the 'trademark violations' is a front for the real motive of preventing fans from being able to advertise spare tickets independently. All the TicketX account did was retweet people who had spares in order to help them find a buyer. United, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal fans have all set up similar accounts, which haven't been touched by their clubs. What makes this one so different?

I really can't see the problem with that Twitter exchange. It was between fans themselves and face value only, so no touting.
Presumably, because City don't get any fees from it, unlike the Viagogo bullshit, they felt they were losing money. Fucking bread head behaviour.
As for the Spurs tickets, that is a disgrace if true and this needs to be raised at the next Points of Blue meeting.
The club wants people who are not Seasoncard holders to buy blue memberships, but then severely restricts the number of tickets they can buy even further by whoring out their own seats to a legalised tout site. Outrageous, if true.
