I've done the last 6. Didn't realise it was this weekend. It will depend what's happening Saturday. We have friends over from Oz so if drinks are involved a big fat no otherwise I'll do it.

I did it last year, its a decent ride.
Weather was pretty good last year for riding, but had to battle with high winds at Lytham St Annes
Make sure you carry lots of drinks and bits of food to nibble on though, especially if its going to be hot
Would be doing it again this year, but wont have time. Still looking at doing the Manchester 100 though

Yeh, only had it 3 weeks and done about 90 mile on it so far so should be a good un to run it in,
I think I am on the Evans ride it in New Mills on the Sat too,
I must be absolutly puddled.

third year running for me and it's a 7am start. This year I'm taking my 14 year old daughter with me. We're both on road bikes and have been out doing 10 mile training rides these past three weeks - about 4 nights a week. She'll do it, but it will be tough. There's about ten or so of our family waiting at Blackpool for us with a monster-sized picnic which we're hoping to be eating on the grass in St Annes. See you there peeps.

I usually do this one. Then I turn round and ride back home
did it a few years back with my mate. great day.
was supposed to get a lift off a mate in his van but he let us down so we had to cycle from bowdon to the trafford centre before we even started. at least he was in blackpool at the finish for a lift home again
