Probably the most ridiculous time for a game of football to be kicking off, and just how much longer before the masses realise that it's TV that's ruining the game that City have done so much to elevate. Rant ends here.

I would think that Spurs are a tougher opposition than either Leicester or Brighton. We played CFC 'n The Arse off the pitch despite the miserable one point those two games rendered. If we bring out CFC/Arse/Rags game we should see 'em off. Bunny needs to be on fire and requires top service from our midfield. Roord 'n Hasegawa on Wednesday last proved that you need a thoughtful and creative midfield quickly processing the ball towards the oppo area and then Bunny, Chloe 'n Lauren can provide the fireworks. Everybody is available, I think.

Agree about the time, Sunday night, a school night when a large percentage of women's match spectators are family groups. I am going to have to give this one a miss due to transport issues, trams are ok - ish, aside from having to change at Piccadilly but it's the buses that are rubbish for me. I know this sounds like a lot of excuses but I am on earlier starts at work next week. Why couldn't we have a 3pm or even 4pm kick off?

After today's results we have dropped down to 5th in the league, a point behind liverpool. We really can't afford to lose another game.

The timing will be for TV purposes. This is the 'normal' Sunday evening spot.

Yeah, I get that. I guess as they're trying to grow the women's game, they're hoping people might just turn over to watch it after the 'super Sunday' game :-)
Yes I am sure they are and it's understandable they want to do that but I do think that evening kick offs aren't the best way to do that at present.
I sit next to a women and her young child, they don't attend the night games as it is school the next day. There are always a lot of family groups at the women's games. Even if it was 5pm, or 6pm at the latest it would be better.

You will not attract match going fans with that kick off time though will you.

Watch out for that dirty bugger Neville.

Commentator: "You can already see, a great start from Tottenham, confident forward runs...."

I kid you not there was 15 secs on the clock and their keeper had just made a pass.

Pretty evenly matched so far.

Ouahabbi has to be one of the worst Spanish internationals I've seen though. I was about to say the worst, but then I remembered that Javi Garcia got a cap I think.
