Media bias against City

There is no agenda or anti City bias in the media but we are ignored. Those two things are very different.
I do agree there is also a no 'pro City' effect. However the two are mutally exclusive.

If we are being totally honest with ourselves then the club also have to take some of the blame and responsibility for the no 'pro City' situation.
Our PR overall is dreadful:
A management team that seem to be struck dumb.
A manager who, well lets just say he's not exactly the best in handling the media is he?
A marketing operation within the club who clearly believe all forms of PR and club promotion has to be communicated via social media.

When you compare our PR (or significant lack of) to the rags, Chelsea & Liverpool is it really that much of a surprise that we are ignored?

let me explain to the lentil eaters/rags/ and wimps.

the agenda IS a bias. they go hand in hand.
platini cheats to hold us up.
refs are quite clearly instructed to avoid giving us pens/ offsides whilst allowing opponents all sorts. just look at this season ffs.
the media ignore our successes as not to have plastic not click or not tune in.
moreso they highlight/promote anything negative they can, even if there is no truth in a story.

this breeds a negativity that fans world wide don't want to be part of. advertisers steer clear from and even some players wont sign for.
PL fixtures are arranged to lessen our away support. Swansea on NYD at noon? do me a fucking favour.
look at out any empty seat is reported. a fucking disgrace. look at the top tier at the swamp you fucking low life.

in a way its a compliment but we should really be fighting back and I feel we just don't do that.

Hysterical nonsense.

yep i have to agree, absolute bullshit

absolutely the pr department want sacking they are crap (apart from the person who thought up the tevez poster)

but there is still an agenda imo

I still don't believe there is a conscious agenda against city, not in the media. But I watched motd last night and it was only negative about city. Aguerro golden boot and scoring most goals was technically mentioned, just kane getting 2nd.

There are not enough ex city players in the media but in the meantime I think every city fan should write to the BBC and sky to complain and make this vocal and bring the awareness that this is going on. It needs actual proof to back up but I think there could be plenty of that

Utter drivel.

This would definitely be an upgrade on Hugh Ferris.

Don't take it out of context, next thing we know we'll be at the centre of a sporting scandal as "City fans vote overwhelmingly in favour of killing puppies"

Possibly so.
But are you perceptive enough, knowledgeable enough or well informed enough to offer a rational, reasoned and objective debate to explain why my friend?
Over to you...
