Media bias against City

I don't think the council will be sending in the Bailiffs just yet, seeing as Sheikh Mansour and City have invested £100mill's in the local area, with £100mill's more to come.

Rounding up that figure and the reaming years, it's roughly £287,000 in payments.

Lol, they are going to be paying him in chips and poems written in scouse tears then? I imagine the "Milner turns down staggering £34m contract offer from Man City to sign staggering £40m Liverpool offer" just didn't play right to their audience

Another cracker in the times today...................
City must decide whether to make a third offer and at what level it should be pitched, particularly given that they may have to exceed their transfer record, the £47 million they paid to sign Carlos Tévez from Manchester United in 2009, if they wish to reach an agreement with Liverpool.

So if you take it as the City (2/3 wages, 1/3 bonuses) over a 5 year deal that's £87k a week, or if just full wages, £130k a week. On a 4 year deal, it's £163k a week or £110k a week. Liverpool are rumoured to be paying him £110k a week, which coincidentally, is the approximate non-bonus City figure.

So at best, Liverpool are paying the same as we offered, if not more, and they also gave him the huge sign-on fee, so the headline should read.

MONEYBAGS MILNER rejects Champions League City in favour of £44m Scandalous Scouse Splurge
So that's what he's going to get then, as he certainly won't be receiving any bonuses. (Unless he's on commission for candle sales)

One thing I've never understood about the Agenda is why the press seem so dead against TWO successful teams in Manchester? The city is a major industrial and suburban area, why wouldn't support two large fan bases. Liverpool does, London of course. Team success is good for the public in general. Maybe it's just me.

It's editorial pages do but it's majority of clickbait articles are designed solely for the UKIP lot, right down to reporting a spoof story about banning Peppa Pig for Muslims as fact.
There was a "terrorist incident" in Watford yesterday,
"a man in a niqab has been arrested after army bomb-disposal experts made a controlled explosion of a suspicious package in Watford."
..."
Police said the man was carrying two rucksacks, one of which was one branded with Peppa Pig and the other with a ladybird. Both bags contained children’s books."
There you go, cast iron evidence!

You're completely right bud... I mean has the Sheikh invested his money in Athens? I don't think he owns anything in Olympiakos.
The British public and the media should be greatful that our football league has attracted the likes of Mansour and his ability to invest, transforming areas.

Doesn't matter who you support, I mean many parts of Manchester have positively had an impact on the community for people who may not even like football.
