Media bias against City

A PR company are usually employed by company's if they want to control the message about that particular company in order to influence and affect the perceptions of the company for many reasons to improve its reputation, sales etc

City do not have a PR company it has a media officer just to facilitate the media but City has no desire to control the message of that media. It just doesn't care what the media says about it publicly because what the media says does not have any impact on City's commercial ventures or playing success

The time City will influence is if the agenda of UEFA and/or FA mean that either of those two things are put in jeopardy then the position might change

Firstly click baits do not drive sponsorship deals click baits generate revenues for websites. Sponsorship deals are a way of a brand promoting its name they are completely different things.

Secondly do you think all the journalists and all the clubs meet up in a pub somewhere and have an agenda and on the top of that agenda is Item No 1 how to destroy City...utter madness

This why I have suggested splitting this thread there is a media bias as that way they generate click baits and therefore revenues for themselves and City seem to be happy with that as they understand its just the media taking a business decision but this doesn't stop City achieving its goals

The much more serious matter is the meetings at the FA and UEFA which does have on its agenda ways of curtailing growth of the nouveau riche such as City and this is the one that Khaldoon does speak about so is of concern to City. This is the agenda which could stop City's continued success and so damage its brand and its sponsorship deals and so is much more important to City

Sorry friend, the realities in any business are about maximizing your impact on your target market. This can be done honestly and with integrity or it can be achieved by smearing the competition. What we see with our rivals and their media parasites is the latter.

I actually don't think we're anywhere near winning the CL either - fair play to Sergio for staying though.

Yes - but it is the pure hatred that drips from the way he writes - desperate to see Sergio leave

listen friend I have explained that the media and our rivals are not meeting with the agenda of getting City it is purely down to the media making money in simple terms love United hate City makes money for them.

City's target market are the CEO of multi-national company's and I have explained our commercial revenues have gone through the roof and any negative press about City is just ignored

As I have also explained City ignore the media they realise that being negative about City is better for the media than being positive. Sustained success will see that change but as I have said City do not care what the media think or say they are an irrelevance to where City is trying to get to

As I keep saying what is not irrelevant is UEFA and the FA if that situation were to change and City felt there was a genuine sustained agenda to stop City then the gloves would be off

Hope that helps

Not really friend, you don't seem to have grasped the difference between a conspiracy and a shared agenda.
Also, if I may say so with great respect, you don't seem to understand the importance of brand management in these MBA infested organisations.
