Media bias against City

The prose style is appalling, as well. You can tell he's trying to sound clever from the way he uses non-standard words for the context. Unfortunately, if you don't know what they mean, you sound like a twat, especially when the first one is six words in. He has no idea how to construct an argument, either. Repeating ad nauseam that City are fucked if the Sheikh leaves doesn't actually mean he'll leave. I presume Forbes give him space because he'll write for free in a desperate attempt to get his name known. They can't be paying for that shit, surely?
His professed specialism is fringe sports - like football. Big competence clue there.

I can't believe Forbes published that.. the quality of writing reminded me of the articles I wrote for my school newspaper when I was 12.

I like the use of rhetorical questions in an attempt to imply dodgy dealings.

"This is the influence of individuals who bring artificial and unnatural capital to leagues that otherwise rely on steadfast ticket sales through loyal fans."

That's the PL for you, entirely dependent on ticket sales.

If only some TV companies would buy the rights to show PL games live. You'd think there would be a market for it.

By the way, is Frankie Goes To Hollywood still at number one?

Did we just get a great result at a so called European fortress or did I imagine it.

Rags this, rags that, greatest defence ever, LVG is God, Shrek is a world beater....
