Media bias for FourFourTwo

I can live with we lose to Munich being a headline, top teams in name rather than players on the pitch last night, ex manager etc.

Maybe we should have played Chadderton reserves first game then we could have had the PEG style wankathon with a winning start.
We'd have lost that.

Haha! Well, while I must agree Middlesbrough is the most depressing place I've been - and definitely looked down on by the rest of the North East (which has plenty of other depressing places that give Middlesbrogh a run for its money), I must admit most of the Boro fans I know hate Man Utd with surprising vigour! The rags are easily their most despised club outside the region, for reasons I have not quite got to the bottom of (except for the obvious).

Dagenham into Barking conurbation deserves consideration.
I think any deprived conurbation that is attached to, or part of London deserves a reprieve because of all the benefits that can arise from that juxtaposition. Isolated, one horse towns such as Middlesbrough have no such distractions on their doorstep and must feel like low security prisons to many of the inhabitants.

Don't buy that at all. Middlesbrough has at least two horses, Gareth Southgate and Steph McGovern.
I know of no horses from Grimsby though.

No value in the market since the Arab oil money entered the premier league. Interesting graphic on SS.com following Higuain's move.

N.B. 3 rag entries(2 in 1 out) no MCFC entries in the worlds most expensive 11

Presumably they've increased those fees to cover the passage of time, because Mangala (as an example) was over 30M.
Even di Maria misses out.

Steph McGovern's a Geordie who would probably look down on Middlesbrough at least as much as the rest of us. Chubby Brown would be a better shout.
The jest was in the fact that both McGovern and Southgate have equine physiognomy along with links with Middlesbrough, so discrediting
@gordondaviesmoustache description of Middlesbrough as a one horse town.

That's all, can we leave it now?
