32k on a midweek, cold January, a few days after selling 52k for Rotherham in the first round, just after Xmas, and a congested fixture list, against a team we're guarenteed to win with no drama or excitement is not bad tbf; but this is not the point. This is:
Unless you attend every game, have enough spare cash to do so, enough time and no other commitments and you have NO ISSUE WHATSOEVER with the price of a season ticket or match day tickets, have no issue with the price of travel in this country or the way we're hearded like cattle into a few train or tram carriages; have no issue with paying nearly a tenner for a pie and a pint. Have no issue with none of this... then by all means go ahead and call out other teams for not selling out every single game.
All you're doing is perpetuating the idea that it's ok to treat fans like this and charge us what they do because you're saying we should be going to every game regardless. Sat at home watching sky sports wanking into your keyboard over pictures of empty seats whilst you hardly attend any games or support any local teams doesn't make you a better fan because another fans team didn't sell out a game. It just means you're part of the problem because you're not in solidarity with the working man who can't afford to go to every game and shouldn't have to fork out as much as he does when he does. The problem isn't empty seats it's you having no sympathy for any man affected by the commercialistion and prophylaxis of football culture.
