To be called world class you have to be good enough to get in any team in the world, and you have to sustain that ability over a period of time.

On that basis I'd say Harry Kane and Kyle Walker are the only English players of the current crop I'd be comfortable calling world class.

Raheem Sterling is close to joining them — ask me in 12 months and if he carries on his form like this, you couldn't argue.

Danny Murphy in the mail
Kyle Walker world class ??
And to think he didn't even mention Jones or Small-thing..........

I have noticed a lot of mistakes from various media organisations mistaking us for United but this from the Daily Mail today is just wishful thinking

Is anyone at City monitoring the activities of some of these so-called journalists on social media? Some of them are waging what can only described as 'sustained, clear and deliberate attempts to damage the reputation of the club'.

One of the biggest culprits is Duncan Castles, but there are others. I'm just wondering if anyone on here has a voice within the club, as I really think think we should be paying more attention to some of these guys & taking action where appropriate.

Some of them have verbal diarrohea and if they haven't already, sooner or later they will put their foot in it big time. An example needs to be made of at least one of these people/papers, otherwise they will continue to act, say and print what they please.

I thought you couldn't make slurs & deliberate attempts to damage the reputation of a person, business or organisation without clear proof? The idea that you continually use the word alleged or refer to third party allegations does not necessarily mitigate the case for defamation does it not?

Best bet is to block them and let them shout in an empty space. You’ll realise they are not remotely important.

They're not shouting in an empty space though, people are lapping it up ... The only people blocking them will be City fans and IMO I'd prefer to keep an eye on what they're saying/printing and IMO the club should be keeping a very close eye on them too.....
