After Liverpool’s game today against Burnley, the headlines I keep reading are
“Liverpool keep the pressure up on City”
“Liverpool aren’t letting City pull away”
Are we supposed to just forget they’ve blown a 10 point lead?
They make these headlines as if to say we’ve been cruising in front all season, but Liverpool are coming!
When in actual fact, we’ve carried on with pressure, we’ve never given up. Fighting in all 4 competitions in the meantime, whilst Liverpool only have the capability of choosing one! Bias media again.

The DT this morning, after we had a four point lead, on the Sport Section first page banner, couldn't find a better story than Haringey losing at Southampton.

To be called world class you have to be good enough to get in any team in the world, and you have to sustain that ability over a period of time.

On that basis I'd say Harry Kane and Kyle Walker are the only English players of the current crop I'd be comfortable calling world class.

Raheem Sterling is close to joining them — ask me in 12 months and if he carries on his form like this, you couldn't argue.

Danny Murphy in the mail
Kyle Walker world class ??
"If Sterling wants to be considered world class he needs to let defenders know he's there and put in a few more two footed lunges."

Well, Harry Kane certainly wouldn’t get in our side.

I've seen a few articles with bottler? and all have said they have not bottled it but no mention of them being 10 ahead and now they are behind us,that is the definition of bottling it

ITV news just said Liverpool beat Burnley to close-the gap on Manchester United ! WTF

Harry Kane ? Not even close to Sterling.

Kane is just ref's favorite - no way will he get in our team based on merit. We have enough players who can shoot a penalty.
