What a bizarre article. Never seen anything like that before.
Bizarrely one sided. Look how many points they've gained from blatantly wrong decisions. How far was Jimmy Milner offside against West Ham ffs. There's 3 points right there. Then you have numerous Salad dives for non-penalties that were given.

I recon they are well in credit with the dodgy decision count.

Quote in Independent this morning, " Number of times City have won the European Cup over their 124 year history , nil." I didn't realise there was European competition back then.

West Ham v Liverpool was 1-1

Or the incorrect offside call against Fulham, followed by them taking a free kick with a moving ball before half the Fulham team had seen the flag, passing to an offside player and scoring.
They've clearly been robbed this season.

On top of others mentioned above:
Very soft penalty for win at Palace, blatant penalty for Watford at Watford denied when 0-0, 0-0 at Bournemouth when Salah scores another offside. Think Brighton and Huddersfield had penalty appeals refused also.
Penalty v Newcastle for over the top dive v Salah, 2 penalties against us at Anfield before we finally got one, penalty against us at Ethiad . Pathetic penalties v Arsenal for non contact yet the 1 genuine penalty for Arsenal not give. Even Paddy Power took the piss out of that.
Salah avoiding ban for blatant diving as FA decided his unnatural backwards dive v Newcastle did not meet the threshold for a diving charge
