So desperate that they let the veil slip during brighton v liverpool match when the commentator said .." and here come Liverpool the Champions"
Ive read...somewhere...that bbc BT staff and ....most of the utd squad have heavy bets on Liverpool to win the title this season.....
The desperation to see redscouse suceed is,imo, heavily influenced by cash invested before a ball was kicked.
Sad.
Utd players will fight tooth and nail wed night....most of them trying to caah in at the bookies. That ref will surely have a sleepless tues night.....lets see how many times he blocks off the passing channels......

Ref blocking the channels!

How many times have we seen this in the past few months, getting a bit obvious now.

Although it looks inconspicuous, I do feel that certain refs actually do, do this, and understand what they are doing.
However there is no chance that they’ll be called out on it!

Paul Crackhead said on Sky "If Man City don't win the PL, it'll be a BAD season for them."

If its a bad season for us what does it say about the rest of the too clubs? While everyone expected Liverpool to challenge nobody expected them to have a near perfect season in spite of their massive spend. Did I mention massive spend, the media seems to have forgotten that.

Worst case scenario, runners up in the league, two cup finals one of which we won, charity shield winners and quarter finals of the champions league. Best case scenario a domestic quadruple. Fine margins. I am disappointed we threw stupid points away in games we were leading in and winning. Even forgetting the missed penalty at Anfield just a draw in those four games would have us two points clear now. Such is life.
