Don't these counts realise that when they say city have no history that they are dismissing and insulting the fans of Rochdale, Forest Green Rovers, Rotherham and Hull and every other club that has been part of their communities for 100 years or more, having enjoyed promotions, endured relegation, had the odd giant killings etc.

What the fuck is history ? And if only certain clubs have it, it makes the whole concept of soccer Saturday redundant, they should just superimposed live scores of all the not proper clubs over a composite image of rags and dippers big trophy wins to remind everyone how irrelevant their own clubs really are.

Really want us to stick it to these today. No drama, no late goals a stroll in the sun would be lovely.

My brother, a rag, wanted my dvd player that I don't use any more. After detaching the cables, I said, "before you go, I just want to check Sky is working. But I bet you a tenner, it's Liverpool on there when I turn it on". Sure enough, onto the screen came Salah wheeling away having scored. Off went the tv. As my brother said "it's fucking relentless".
 
I'm flicking between the cricket and football, so far I've seen spitty and John Barnes at anfield discussing Liverpool, fucked it off fora bit then returned to find dick van dyke being interviewed...I thought we played today but must have the wrong day
 
Never get the history jibe.

Do they mean only those teams who won lots in the past are allowed to win things now??
