BBC R2 this morning: And we'll start with football. In Scotland . . . . . . . .! It's just fuckin' laughable. Tomorrow (there may be no football in Scotland tonight!) they will be all over the Haringey v CFC tie!!

The DT lead today with the cricket, and the first footy report is CFC with a couple of column inches about Haringey. Our match is eventually given space, about P6 I think, and gets in the fact that we didn't win by three clear. And there's an insert about FdJ, but it doesn't mention anything about him 'snubbing' us - just that Pep was 'pipped'. They're canutes - edition in and edition out!

Had to laugh last night at a tease before the break on Sly Sports News.

Find out why the return of Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain could prove decisive in Liverpool's bid to win the league title for the first time in 19 years...

Chuck in another decade on top, useless!!

You guys would all sleep much better at night if you realised most of the people working in the football media are absolutely hopeless, which is being kind.

I think us guys realised it a long time ago....

While some have referred to award winning journalists.

Is it because of all the titles he led Arsenal to?

Didn't know where to post this but in a mates house yesterday, he has ALEXA.
I asked her who is best mcfc or rags.

Her informed answer.

"It is all about Manchester United at the moment".

Made me smile anyhow.

Pretty much the same as the cost of Pogba, lukaku added to Sanchez’s wages (when do Sly ever mention that?)
When we scored they stated it took 160m worth of talent to score. Funny if Pogba passed to Lukaka who scored, never ever gets refered to as cost 190m to score that goal. And when Utd get teams like Derby, Reading in the cups this year, never ever a price comparison between the 2 teams. BBC now on about how much tax players paid last year, Utd have the highest wage bill but us in the photo on the story. Mind u with the Cayman Islands, do Utd pay tax ? :)-

Man United pay virtually no tax in the UK. Google shows they were under investigation by the Inland Revenue in 2012 after paying just £3m total over a six year period but this inquiry seems to have been quietly dropped. I am sure you are also aware that in relative terms they invest virtually nothing into their local community either. They are a secretive organisation based in the Cayman Islands. Of course none of this has been properly investigated by the English media. In fact it's almost as if there is a media black-out on this aspect of their finances.

You are going to avoid Amazon (who did our documentary) because their AI said that Manchester United news is currently more prevalent than City news? Good grief.
It was said more tongue in cheek but yes there are quite a lot of companies that I have avoided for that reason........

Morning after we played Wolves I was waiting to see out of interest what the North West output on BBC breakfast would mention about the game and she came out with Manchester City beat Wolves last night then went on to over emphasize that Wolves played most of the game with ten men. It was as if we wouldn't have won if they had full team on the pitch, now if the bulletin was in the midlands area I could understand that as it would be sympathetic to the locals, the report was obviously written for her to read by a rag / dipper etc.
