In what context did he say it?
Did he say, 'City are guilty of financial doping' ?
or
'City have been accused of financial doping'?

All I've read is 'Keown said financial doping'

He something about the price of one of Newcastle's players and then added that City had 7 players that cost more than that.
Then added. Is that financial doping ? Am I allowed to say that.

Now is the time for the Club to act over that Keown remark, they will have the supporters backing.

The solicitors should be on the job this morning starting with a stadium ban for Keown and BT as well if they fail to issue a public apology.

The rubbish we have to put up with is a disgrace.

They’ll do nothing -as usual, which allows the media to think it’s OK to write the shit they do about us.

It was never tolerated by the scum and shouldn’t be by us but hey ho, lets just roll over and take it. We’ve had 10+ years of this crap; do the club still believe they can win the media over by being nice?!

I turned off when I heard that Klippity was going to interviewed on the national news talking about Liverpool's twenty year wait for a title! Did the BBC, national public broadcasting arm of the RDAHMeedya) interview Mancini after our 35 year and 44 year waits? It's not a serious news channel now - should be on Comedy Central!

And in the DT this morning we have over 160 column inches spread over the front cover and pages 2 and 3. Wonder why? We've never had this spread when we stuffed the Dippers 5-0!

BBC Sports news24 just had a segment on tweets from giddy dippers celebrating their title win.
