Haaland seems to love it at City, in saying that, i don't think he'll stay for 10 years or anything like that.

It's started! Real Madrid tapping up Erling.

FFS, Erling is from Norway. Alfie used to play for City, so he knows what the Manchester weather is like. So does Erling.

It's comical. In Spain it always boils down to the weather in Manchester and nothing else.

‘Not comfortable’ – Manchester City star ‘can’t stand’ city of Manchester, ‘rainy and grey’ weather making him sad.

Those are said to be Haaland’s wish to play for Real Madrid, his friendship with Jude Bellingham, his dislike for Manchester, the chance for individual titles and the affordable transfer.

It’s really about the player’s relationship with the English city that El Desmarque writes the most, claiming that could be a big factor for him to leave Manchester City.

The outlet writes that Haaland is ‘not comfortable’ in Manchester, as he ‘can’t stand’ the city itself.

On top of that, the ‘rainy and grey climate’ is said to be the biggest issue, since it doesn’t ‘brighten his day’, which is why he goes to Marbella so often in his free time.

Real Madrid does not forget about Haaland: the five keys to paying the 150 million of his clause

Interesting. I heard from someone at the weekend that the deal is done for him to move at the end of the season for around £75m, the price being something to do with a clause in his contract for a non PL team. I called bullshit at the time but the person concerned said he would bet his house on it (it's worth plenty). I still called bullshit and said whilst it may happen in the future it won't happen this summer but the guy was adamant. Maybe this is the start of the media onslaught...

I’ll take his details please and have that bet.
He sounds like a moron.

Since it is so hard to find integrity in journalists these days, decided to start my own newsletter to cover MCFC. Be interesting to see if the landscape changes in the future but atm it is very much built around an incentive for clicks and creating narratives. You have some of the most brilliant tactical managers in the league, they barely get asked about that. Pep would speak to you all day about that. It's attempts at gotcha questions. It's you aren't aloud to have money because I said so.

Anyway, I would appreciate any feedback on the newsletter. Free and sent weekly. Just want to build the best one I can for other Manchester City fans!

I'm sure a player born in Leeds and raised in Norway would much prefer to play his football in 40 degree heat.
