I caught the end of Sturridge, Richards and Spitty last night after the match. What the fuck were Sturbridge and Richards taking and laughing about? It was absolutely inane nonsense, it didn’t make sense, and both of them were waffling on about things that weren’t relevant to the match, never mind Richards laughing constantly. To be fair to Spitty, who was listening, he looked just as confused as I was watching and listening to Sturbridge and Richards on the tv.

Wonder if the under 20's like these type of guests for me it's cringe shite

Proper hatchet job in the Daily Rag this morning about the teams welcome yesterday when getting of the coach. Niw, wether you agree with the practice or not, the piece on it can't hide the bike aimed at city....and more importantly its younger fans who are the main attendees to this. Pure bile

Since when has the number of fans watching the bus arrive in torrential rain been a thing? Apart from major events you don't see huge numbers watching any team coach arrive at any PL stadium. It is usually just for autograph hunters and children. You can only assume that the fanboys who produce this sort of content don't go to any matches.

Its just rubbish to apease the legacy red club fans, next article will be from airport showing how many dippers and rags there are coming to games followed by article on how Jim will bring the glory days back to the rags and it will be like it was back in the last millemium.

I won’t lie.

I’m a FOC traditionalist.(like many of your are)

I appreciate times have changed and football has moved on in every aspect. Especially for our younger fans. There you go, I’ve admitted that. And I accept that.

But I really hate these lazer shows, light shows, flame throwers and the general pre-match cheese fest that has crept into the ‘match day experience’ at City.(and across football in general)

This is especially evident before kick off at the CBS main entrance when the players coach arrives. Calling it orchstrtaed and contrived wouldn’t do it justice. It’s just plain cringeworthy and embarrassing.

I get it. The fans outside get a very brief glimpse of the players as they leave the coach and go into the main entrance, as pop music blasts out. Whilst those adults and their kids who can afford it get the chance to be within touching distance of the players inside the stand.

If The kids are happy, and the club is making more money, it must be worth doing, right?

...whilst airing Rodders' comments about the ref's decision making throughout the game, then picking just the borderline decisions they could argue were correct and calling Rodders out, saying he wasn't making a valid point. Did they even show the "advantage" when DeBruyne was taken out on the edge of the area?

Match of the Day is, and pretty much always has been (in my lifetime), an agenda driven biased propaganda vehicle which shows highlight packages of matches that don't match the narrative of what actually happened on the pitch.
I’m surprised any blues still watch that programme tbh.
If you want brief highlights they are on Sky’s YouTube, or in citytv later, that’s assuming you’ve not been to, or watched the match live in some way.

So does that make me a **** for wanting the rags to lose any of their European games? Because I’ll tell you now if they had been the last English team in Europe like we were I’d 100% want the fuckers to lose and be knocked out. Fuck the league rivalry I don’t want them to win anything ever and never have and never will and if you think I’d cheer the cunts on hoping for an English club to lift a European trophy you can think afuckinggain.
Not at all. But you're not a highly paid TV pundit whose job is to provide impartial opinion, analysis and insight into an English club's Champions League games.

You journos and other fans stand in the wind, pouring rain and cold, hold a brolly and clap deliriously.
If fanzine Danny's mike wasn't switched to the max too - would be better.
