Firstly Winter is a RAG and always has been. Any compliments are through gritted teeth Secondly Samuels has been the ONLY journo to constantly out the red cartel and UEFA over FFP going back to 2010 why it's being introduced who wants it and who benefits from it - not seen any pelters from him on City please advise
Go back into thos thread around January time and just before christmas, his change in tone was well discussed at the time

That is obciously a fake news story. No such thing as the "UEFA financial report" and the figures are all way out of line when you look at those clubs total financial revenues as published in their accounts. Shirt sales make a very small impact these days.
I thought the same but it’s actually true. However, the figures don’t seem right to me.

It states the figures are combined merchandise and shirt sponsorship ( presumably meaning Puma ). This doesn’t add up for the figure allocated to City as the Puma deal is double what some of the teams above us on the list receive.

If you want evidence of the value of journos writing snide City pieces - check out Daniel Storey of I Paper on Twitter.

His usual articles get less then 10 likes - never more than 100 likes even for pieces blowing smoke up the cartels arse.

The other day he wrote a snide piece about CFG and their management of Troyes - 850 likes !

It will never stop cause it pays the bills for them.

Will repost it again.

Daniel Storey, Feb 2024: Troyes FC, had it's own identity before City Football Group bought them. Now they're just a pawn in a subservient machine.

Daniel Storey Feb 2023: Brighton's humble multi-club model turns prospects into superstars.

Clear and fucking obvious.
