the funny thing is when delaney et al go on about technicalities etc they overlook the fact that the law and life itself is a bunch of technicalities and that is where the vast majority of cases are argued, take a case where someone is killed, fundamentally it is a murder but technically it could be manslaughter, murder in the 2nd degree and any of numerous technicalities and they decide the case because that what law is we do not live in a fundamentalist world where right and wrong is black and white, i mean fundamentally delaney et al are halfwitted brainless gobshites but technically they are journalists.
