Why is he persisting with his claim that City are: "owned by a Gulf state." This is demonstrably false and not even Der Spiegl made that claim. Does this mean that all Sheikh Mansour's global investments in the tech sector, Education, and the banking sector are "owned by a Gulf state." I'd like to sell my car for £50k but in reality its worth about £12/13k pro rata its the same as Fishfingers 'value' and neither the rags or me are going to get what we'd like.
