When you realise what that phrase actually means you'll want to hear it hundreds of times a day. Trust me.

The term "115 charges" has become a metaphor for "this isn't fair and we want our ball back"

It's a psychological crutch for the media and all those bitter red top fans who have finally woke up to the reality that MCFC have not only gate crashed their party, they've moved it out of area to a district that is beyond their reach.

Imagine what that feels like for let's say a rag fan for example: You were flying high at the pinnacle of top flight football with trophies, accolades and success on the horizon for years to come.

Sheikh Mansour comes along buys MCFC, clears the depts and invests in the infrastructure with a vision of developing the best football team on the planet. Within five years (2013) the rags have potentially won their last premier league title.

Let that sink in.

Then he says that City are legally disputing every charge and delaying the process. Yes you dick its called defending your corner and not laying down
and taking our medicine. He wants City to quicken up the process and just get this over with we are not driving this the PremierLeague are its not up to us to set dates. He's not at all interested in whether or not we are innocent in his eyes we are guilty come what may.

Sky pundit saying that "we know City are using llegal delaying tactics to stop the charges" How does he know that?? Clearly just making stuff up to suit his agenda.

Legal or illegal?

What these arseholes don't understand is that any legal case has the defending party using any small legal device it can to gain an advantage. If that involves challenges and delays that's something the "prosecuting"party should take into account in the complexity of the case if it wants a speedy resolution. There is no Special Provisions for Civil Cases in the Football Industry Act 2023 that makes football a special case. Fuck around and find out ....
