They have definitely gone down the route of if we ignore them they might go away.
The fact it’s not just the odd media outlet but pretty much all the mainstream tells you all you need to know regarding if it’s clear and organised.
It’s a fucking travesty how this era of brilliance is so negatively reported upon. Shameful.

Excellent article by Martin Samuel in the sports section of the Sunday times today. Liverpool’s spending, breaking transfer records for gk, cb, dm, making Manchester City frugal by comparison. Also how ffp is helping to establish the Saudi league at the expenses of the PL, as clubs like wolves and city are not allowed to use their own money to keep players like Mahrez and Neves.
I think our starting 11 Friday cost less than Liverpools today, and will be well behind the cost of the Rags team Monday

But re the second part of that - perhaps, but if players want to take the saudi dollar (ok, riyal), they ain't really the players that any european team wants - ie they have become devoid of ambition. A couple of years, even more brewsters on top of the brewsters you already have, then years of regret for selling out..?

ps. I don't believe we should worry about Saudi league - like someone here said, we support teams, not individuals (despite EH creating a surge in interest in mcfc) - how many here would watch a match (if televised) between Al-AH1 vs Al-AH2, sorry don't know team names, anyway, not me for sure...

Spit the dog is not a Beagle. He is clearly a terrier of sorts not a hound.

Just some recent observations on BBC platforms. So last week we had that magnificent penalty from Laura Hemp, the game report on BBC teletext (yep it still works) didn't mention the club who she plays for but on the 18:30 sports report on BBC news it was highlighted that Manchester City forward Shaw looked a forlorn figure playing for Jamaica in their defeat to Columbia. Then again yesterday on BBC teletext 2 goals scored by England ladies they name Laura Hemp as scorer of 1st goal and for winning goal it's Arsenals Russo.
So they ignore the positive and highlight the negative c***s
