Erling and his Dad are extremely intelligent people and know that he is where he will achieve everything in the game with the best owners. Shame the press can't cope with that.
Pathetic stories desperately wanting to reinstate the old order. Obsessed with it. Zzzzz.

We are probably victims of our own success. Once a player wins everything as Erling did in his first season some might think job done and want to try another league and country.

When we hadn't won the CL they were still at it with many of our players- desperately trying to destabilise them.
Erling will be far from thinking "job done".
I believe he wants to keep repeating his successes and building an incredible, record laden legacy.
Nobody ever says - "can they do it in the Spanish league?" I reckon Erling wants to carry on testing himself on the biggest stage. At least until he decides to take it easy.

I must admit, I've never understood this 'trying to destabilise' thing. All players know their options, and reading in a paper that Madrid or anyone else is interested isn't going to influence their decision making. If Erling or any other player wants to go to Madrid, his agent will be on it, not the media
