I didn’t think it was strange at all. Just providing some expert opinion on the enormity of the charges and consequences……should the charges not be we’ll thought out and evidenced.

Personally, I hope we take the PL to the cleaners and bankrupt them in court. I also hope we dish the dirt on other PL clubs and ask at what stage their investigations are at……we all know the answer to that

If anyone wants to read the full 8 page Law Review article, I think this is it:

The horse has bolted on "being sure they have evidence to convict" the club. The process is in place. What are they going to do? Say "Sorry, we were just joking. All the charges are off". The time for that was before they referred the alleged breaches to the panel.

And, as for "any outcome causing a mutiny", what does that even mean? If we are found guilty and relegated to the Conference with the senior executives in jail, exactly who is going to mutiny and from what?

As for the article, it was poorly written and most of it, apart from the above, fairly neutral. Bit of a nothing-burger really.

I’ll have to re-read but I thought it meant the threats of mutiny will be when we are found to be innocent, those who are constantly looking for self interest won’t be happy.

That might have been the mood I was in when I read it, I thought is that the first time I’d seen the angle they they have no evidence & without it, it’s a sham.

Well colour me shocked….

A generic email response another the lack of coverage from the BBC over Pep’s and EH’s awards.

So they are not current or newsworthy.

I would say you couldn’t make this stuff up..
Job criteria for Salford media, no formal qualifications needed but must have a huge interest and passion for Manchester United fc, and a real loathing of the bitters, and Magoos of Manchester City fc

What this article is saying is, if we are found innocent of the charges then the rules aren't strong enough to find us guilty. Yet again we are being found guilty before being tried and evidence considered.
Make no mistake, this is preparing the ground for us being found innocent by the relevant bodies, but guilty in the 'real world'.
The inclusion of the ridiculous 'mutiny' claims, which can't be substantiated is the not so subtle verdict that whatever a court decides, we're cheats.

Job spec must be ’chip on shoulder, really hate being in the shadow, and can’t see any way for United usurping the only Manchester team so have to attack them at every turn’

Well the rules are the rules as we keep getting told. You can't say, "These are the rules" and we follow them, then make a load of shit charges up and find we actually broke no rules, so say they aren't strong enough rules. It's a total fucking nonsense.

I hope if we are found to have broken no rules we then pursue all of these fuckers for damages.

Who cares what the "real world" says? We are innocent, we are innocent. We have the treble and numerous league titles. Let the other drown in their pool of jealousy tears

If this was United or Arsenal they would be all over it. Terrible. BBC lost credibility long time ago tbh.

As long as we are proven innocent that is all that matters. All that astrick nonsense can die. This whole campaign is vendetta and you know they losing it because club is exemplary in how they conduct themselves as whole. Man City is the bar everyone compares themselves with. They want a piece of Pep so poaching of staff, tactics etc
