Why the fuck is Holt asking Pep about thatchers sleep patterns, fucking sad sack ****

Probably hoping he'd say "I don't care the witch is dead!" So the could spin some Daily Heil bullshit that Pep is an extremist who should be deported.

City should sue this newspaper (the Mail ?), for such an inflammatory article.
It picks up on the Hillsborough Chants as if City are the only club's fans who have accused LFC supporters of anything ?
Talk to any older supporters of other clubs, nearly all of them think the Red Scouser fans are rats.
Also, why doesn't the Premier League, if they want to protect their "brand", sue this newspaper ?
Is it because it would come out that LFC fans are feral feckers ?

We all know the Always The Victims chant is about the behaviour of Liverpool fans at home and abroad and never taking responsibilty for their actions. It was always somebody else’s fault. Chelsea fans at Heysel being the prime example.

Yet LFC, Liverpool fan groups and supporters, and Liverpool MP’s have some how over time by using the media turned it into a hate chant crime about Hillsborough, which it has never has been about.

Citys PR team has been a joke for years
The PR team is doing its job with the general public.
What this club also desperately needs is an FR - Fan Relations team to understand what it is we feel comfortable with. They, in turn, should advise the PR fuckwits what to do.
The dicks in the media should not benefit themselves from their anti-City biase.

Correction. Saw City’s team bus attacked.

What chants about Hillsborough? I’m fucking sick of this lie being presented as fact, principally because the media is terrified of their fan base and dare not even print any feasible alternative explanation for the ‘always the victim’ chant - because to do so would present a can of worms that they are too fucking spineless to open.

So instead they go for the path of least resistance. And lie about it. Absolute fucking cunts.

The fact that they use the deaths of 97 of their own fans to use as a shield against any perceived criticism of Heysel and other nefarious behaviour is in itself sickening and must be called out for what it is.
It's like telling the teacher you're granny has cancer to save you doing detention
Reprehensible cunts

Agreed, but it’s the approach of our so-called free and fearless press to this which is even more reprehensible, because they are too spineless to give any credence whatsoever to the notion that it could be about their fans manifest inability to take responsibility for their actions - wholly extraneous to Hillsborough, which as you say, they use as a shield.

It’s not like there isn‘t loads of fucking material to support that view, because there is. And not just in relation to Heysel. So this isn’t some nebulous notion, imagined in the minds of football supporters - it’s actually supported by hard evidence. Not that anyone is obliged to agree with the assertion btw; I can’t discount the possibility that to some who sing it, it might be partially about Hillsborough, it’s the fact that it isn’t even raised as a possible explanation in the media, other than in a wholly dismissive, cursory way. There is absolutely no fucking debate about this in the press. None. Instead they present the chant as being wholly about Hillsborough as a matter of fact, which is completely fucking dishonest. And spineless. Because they know if they actually debate it in any way, they will be rounded on. So instead they instead present the lie as fact.
