There's no way you can lay the blame at Walker's feet. The ref has called the captains over with the specific aim of telling them to calm their players down after constant handbags. In that situation, you should be allowing the captains to then go and share that message, as they do in rugby, or at least stopping the play until they were back in position. Walker passes the message on but is assuming the ref will wait until he's in position before letting play start, and he was right to assume the ref would do so. I'm certain the referee regrets allowing them to capitalise on that situation.
but you're forgetting oliver works for city it must be true i heard arsenal fans saying it

Espn is a diabolical mess with the rag ogden at the forefront of it all. Thnk I'll avoid the media for 48 hours.

My first City game on my own as a 15yo boy.
Bright and Wright followed through every long ball and clattered Nixon time and again until Nixon lost his head and punched Bright lost 3-1
Good memory ..big Eric had some real roller coaster times with us.

Yup.. I know someone who is in my morning swim group whose wife's cousin's mate takes his dog walking each morning with another bloke who knows someone else who works at Manchester Airport.. and according to him, Oliver's forever coming back through Passport Control/Customs with bags full of envelopes stuffed with cash, oodles of moolah courtesy of The Sheikh.. so those Tarqunts are absolutely spot on about English referees being in the pay of 'Sheikh 115'.. proof positive!

Complete f**king idiots. And the social media tsunami of Tarqunts (and Scouse Red Filth) glorying in Rodri's injury is absolutely disgusting.. awful people.. they ought to be ashamed of themselves.

A very typical match at Maine Road, in that something regularly went "wrong".
Remember that post-match the crowd were fuming at the referee, though think that was influenced by the allowance for Wright & Bright to get away with a lot of their behaviour.
Were either of them booked ?
Cannot remember as went in the Osbourne to drown my sorrows, as was the usual antidote...

They missed the ‘depends who it’s on’ option. In this case, it’s an act of something nearly every other football fan enjoyed. Only shocking thing was that Gabriel didn’t go down holding his head like he does at least twice a game.
Am amazed that Gabriel didn't follow the Arteta Mantra of having a sit - down protest ?

The SkySports website have decided to downplay every contentious decision against us and promote Arsenal's feeling of injustice over every complaint they have!
