Good article by Ladyman today about Uwe Rosler and his sons and loyalty on both Uwe’s side and our (fans) side.
Yes I was surprised as well but it made my day start with a smile. :-)
Yes, I agree - it made me think of if we're starting to see an incremental positive change towards the club after the article about City in the Guardian and the inflatable craze

Email just gone to the BBC today programme after Dan Roan's "explanation" of the PL case:

SACK DAN ROAN

"Abu Dhabi-owned Manchester City"?

What about all the American-owned rivals?

Details of the sponsorship deal but nothing about other clubs' interest-free loans excluded from the rules which is why the rules are unlawful (and therefore prohibited and therefore void - Competition Act s.2).

It really isn't that hard if you're not in the pockets of the red cartel that invented the unfair rules to target City.

Subject: Concern Regarding Bias in Coverage of Manchester City

Dear BBC Sport,

I am writing to express my disappointment with what appears to be a persistent bias in your coverage of Manchester City, particularly in comparison to the favorable treatment afforded to clubs like Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal, often referred to as the "Red Cartel."

As a public service broadcaster funded by license payers, I expect BBC Sport to maintain impartiality and provide balanced coverage of all teams. However, your reporting frequently demonstrates a disproportionate focus on the successes of these traditionally prominent clubs, while achievements by Manchester City often seem understated or dismissed.

For example, your analysis and tone often lack the same depth of praise or recognition when Manchester City achieves historic milestones, such as our unprecedented treble victory. By contrast, setbacks or controversies involving the club seem to attract disproportionate scrutiny. Meanwhile, similar issues affecting the "Red Cartel" clubs are often downplayed or overlooked entirely.

I believe that BBC Sport has a duty to represent all clubs fairly, particularly given the diverse fanbase that follows your coverage. Your current approach risks alienating many viewers and undermining your credibility. I urge you to review your editorial practices and ensure equitable representation moving forward.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I look forward to seeing a more balanced approach in the future.

Kind regards,

Blue Pete
