I'm looking at it differently. I quite like slot, yes their fans are fuckin gargoyles and aren't in touch with reality but Slot seems a decent fella. He may well go full dipper in time but for now he seems genuinely alright. Plus wouldn't they go level with the utd mardarses on 20 titles? The rags would be crestfallen if that happened.
Put it another way, can you imagine if Arsenal won it?

Now that would be unbearable.

Agree with you about Slot who seems sound; in the context of what @BTH posted, I was referring to the coverage in the media which will be far more nauseating if Liverpool win it than Arsenal. The absence of Covid restrictions means they will get whipped up into a far bigger frenzy than 2020.

I agree about Slot. Also the club goes about its business in quite a dignified way these days. They seem to spend wisely, and within their constraints. (Are they still using our database?)

Don't get me wrong, their fans are insufferable, and the club still isn't as perfect as City, but if they win the league in a fair manner, I'll congratulate them and my few Liverpool supporting mates. Preferable to Arsenal any day, and it would upset United fans, which is always a good thing.

I didn’t watch the game but Talkshite have been asking if Liverpool are the best team in the world now. Lol.

They've started really well, but being top of the English league and Top of CL doesn't even warrant asking the question imo.

Liverpool were arguably the best under Shankly and Paisley but that was over 40 years ago. We'll see if they can take over and dominate like we have before they can be considered as best in the world.

Who cares? We don't have to watch it.

We know that the media have their cocks out for anything red, I find it hilarious how childish the media become whenever they win something, it's like they've invented winning.

Knowing the British media as we do i know whatever they write isn't honest, is made with red tinted glasses on and their first thought in their head before they type the first word is the boys in blue and that will do for me.
