I wonder who Sly want to win the Carabao Cup?

I have an idea, and similar to Pope a couple of years ago. Don't do something absurdly stupid games before a League Cup Final. If you want someone to blame, blame the idiot players who keep costing their sides. Stupid from Gordon and was a red all day. Fingers crossed they do Liverpool though, but I wouldn't want them to change the rules to aid that.

The rule is that it should only be overturned if it's a total mistake (e.g. mistaken identity). It shouldn't be overturned if it was felt a yellow would have been appropriate. That's according to Mike Riley when he was running PGMOL.

Unless you play for Liverpool that is, with McAllister's red overturned when it probably should have been a yellow, but certainly wasn't a mistake.

Quite obvious. It ain't Newcastle and even without them having a mini implosion - which they appear to be doing, powers that be will ensure a Dips victory. Keeps the masses in Mumbai ( other locations available) paying their sly subs.

I can't bring myself to wish good luck and fortune on Real Mardarsez, but if those two horrors make CL final I'll be ' rooting' for them as I did in 2018 ( loved Sergio Ramos) and 2022. Either way it's a horror show of epic proportions!!

I had a horror shock yesterday on the m6 near Knutsford. Saw this horrendous vision of a red coach in full YWNA livery going south about 11am. Realised it was their team coach being driven to Paris for their game this week. Annoyed and saddened me in equal measure when my eyes had recovered from the mass of red fright sight.

At start of season I would have definitely had us in Champs KO stages. That the other 3 UK teams are pi££ me off immensely. Imo Plymouth probably indirectly did them a favour - rest time pre PSG.

Oh well at least The Quad is off. Small mercies and all that.

Anything they do this season will pale into insignificance when compared to City. Iv already heard it called the lowest quality title challenge for a while.

For a long time they can fuck off because we have a 4peat, treble, a CL (I remember when they all said we can't be considered great until that), records smashed.

We are now the measuring stick by which all teams will be measured going forward. Not utd.

They are playing catch up with us now
