Has this fool abandoned all his previous bogus claims in favour of this Tebas conspiracy theory. He doesn't seem to realise that the story is two years old. Meanwhile it is routine for global companies to spread back office costs across other parts of the business and it is all perfectly legal and above board. All big organisations do it all the time.
