Media discussion - 2025/26

Most of the clubs have bought a load of crap though at highly inflated prices. Scousers (Red) possibly account for more than 20% of the total

It was more the fact that they used a City player to highlight the big spenders.

It’s not only us on BM.

City fans all over are picking up on the lies, hypocrisy, and double standards of the Scouse and Red Shirt loving football media.

Look how the Liverpool transfer fees have been reduced again.

Ah but by 2028 when Project 150 is full steam ahead he'll make Eddie look like summat from the Dog 'n Duck playing on pitch 36 at Hough End. When are people gonna realise that every thing the Rags touch turns to gold!
I hope there is still a "pitch 36" at Hough End ?
I'm sure our team never played on a pitch in the "Top 40".
Hope it never becomes another block of Sky-high fecking Apartments...

I don’t see how clicks can generate any money for BBC Football as it’s funded by the licence fee payer, me and you, yet they blow smoke up the Rag and Scouse arses every single day on their BBC Football website.

The overseas audience are hit with ads, same with their podcasts.

The BBC’s overseas audience is massive—truly global in scale. According to its 2024 Global Audience Measurement, 450 million people consume BBC content weekly across international services, including TV, radio, websites, and social media. This figure excludes the UK audience, meaning all 450 million are from outside the UK.

It does make me laugh when people moan about bias but then skew articles to suit their bias and infer bias to others.

On the BBC today there is also:
Two videos titled:

‘How Premier league great Ederson changed goalkeeping’

‘Donnarumma more than capable with his feet’

Plus an article titled:

Donnarumma like having a bear in goal, why would you not want a bear in goal?’

You can disagree with the premise, or the article written, but the overall coverage as also highlighted the positives aswell.
Find me one negative article about a rag or dipper signing and I'll concede you have a point.

Am I alone in wondering how us signing probably the best keeper in the world for what effectively amounts to loose change has got buried by Sky reporting the rags signing some young Belgian goalie who’s played a handful of games for his country and nobody’s ever heard of???

Thought not.
