I have had enough of this shit 115 and PSR Cheats, enough is enough, PROVE IT or walk

What Manchester City and Pep have done over the last ten years is probably the greatest achievement in football
It should be talked about and honoured and lorded with proper awards and even named the greatest.

Fuck em

I don't need validation off Henry Winter or his kind about our achievements. I've seen them with my own eyes.

Wouldn't read the bollocks they write if it was most positive piece of journalism that's ever been written.

Poisonous cunts.

They will try and wash us out of the history book if we don't shout very loudly about our achievements

It hurts them so much. Sooooo much. More than anything in their football life. Some think we have cheated but majority just use it as an excuse. They huuuuurt.

The sports media should be ashamed though, especially if the club are cleared of the charges. They have behaved like rabid opposition fans tbh. Sort of childish in a sad way.

And because it hurts so much they will remember it forever.

you've clearly not been in the guardiola thread and others...

according to many bluemoon posters guardiola needs to fuck off and let someone else have a go at it.

Whilst I totally agree with your sentiment, it simply won't happen in this age of pay-per-click.

Ted from Taunton doesn't want to sit there in his Yernited 1999 retro shirt and click on skysports.com to read an article about how great Little Citeh are.

The BBC will ignore us as best they can and even when they have to publish an article about us, will put their "twist" on it - see today's APT article.

The trouble is that football doesn't stand still, and any club is only as good as the last trophy it won ..... we had a bad run of results halfway through last season, which probably cost us the title, we lost the cup final, and we've already lost two of our three league games this season ..... whilst we continue to show indifferent form, and once again have to cope with so many injuries, it's not likely that we will build on our trophy haul, or take the club forwards as a world footballing power .... and that will only leave us there 'to be shot at', and wide open to criticism from all and sundry.

In fact should we lose the derby too, don't be surprised if, even at this early stage, those nasty words 'city in crisis' surface again from the circling vultures that lurk within the national media.

Its not really about the winning titles and cups, its about the whole nine yards and where the club is as an elite club fighting for silverware, 1000% others fear us and never want to play us in europe ,
Yes, we have dipped a little, but rebuilds can take time with losing great players that are impossible to replace

its the media that never reports great news about Manchester City, even in winning titles and cup we never get the write-ups we deserve and somehow the media find a story about United or Liverpool to use to water down our success

I do feel our own Media team is weak and soft and the head of the media team at City should be hanging some of the so-called reporters out to dry with the stories they write

They are not real City fans....fans of other clubs want him out because he is a winner....so bluemoon is unfortunately infested...especially on match day.

Stay positive....it's not even Tuesday yet...the derby can be won.

When Pep leaves they'll be gushing articles about our success.

Look at the way they nursing semis about Grealish all of a sudden.

They are only gushing about Grealish because he has left big bad Citeh, and gone to plucky Everton. In doing so showing how badly Pep utilised his skills here, and he's better off without us.

They didn't give us the credit or plaudits when we were breaking records, winning trebles, Centurions, or four in a row.
They certainly won't now we are 'in freefall' (ffs) ... and their beloved Dippers are champions.
Not a hope.

I know where you're coming from and I share in your annoyance.

However, if the media were to start reporting positively about Manchester City, my first thought would be that they're taking the piss.

I'd be completely preoccupied on the media thread, complaining that such-and-such a body is trying to be ironic or sarcastic.

I would be straining to hear for inflections and tone in the voice of the reporter. It would drive me bonkers.

I quite like it the way it is. I know where I stand with the media, and I also think it's good for the manager and the players. It keeps them on their toes and creates a useful siege mentality.

I think too much positive press and media praise can be detrimental, and make a team complacent, look at the rags.

If we lose the derby, making it 3 losses to mid table teams in 4 games, then include me as a vulture, as that would look very much like a crisis to me.

To address the thread subject, I agree with other posters that we don’t need some clown who got a 2:2 in journalism from some 2nd rate uni and then slimed his way to a sports desk job to big us up. Whatever they write, positive or negative, is irrelevant.
