Not sure that was the best comparison given the awful news on Sunday but it might also just be quite apposite as there'd only be one winner.

Khaldoon has a brilliant mind and had a superb international education.

Khaldoon has been one of Sheikh Mansours most valued and trusted advisors and executives for many years and is recognised as such on the international stage.

He has access to and relationships to King's, Presidents Heads of State, Prime Ministers etc.

Khaldoons Father was Ambassador in Paris when he was assassinated !!

Really, do we need yet another United story BBC. Its beyond a joke now, you are not sponsored by them, we pay the license fee and expect equal coverage of the other 91 teams. Why is someone else bar the Usual BBC United official PR Stone writing about United again.

Actually, I do think we should all start raising formal complaints to the BBC on this, as it is genuinely becoming an issue in terms of imbalance / impartiality (and reader irritation!). I will make a start!

I think you'll find that Peter Swales was often on the blower to Kings and Queens, the Great and the Good, offering 'top class, never to be beaten discounts' on TVs and sundry electrical equipment.. Rubbing shoulders with decision makers and influencers was second nature to our man at 'White and Swales Ltd - Wholesale and Retail Electricals to the Stars'..

(I may have made some of this up..)

I thought it was OK. There were some things I didn't like and the conclusion was just completely wrong. On the whole, though, I thought the article was bile-free for a change, even if his mind isn't. Or maybe I am losing my mind.

The thing is the masses lap this shite up about their suposed historicall pull over over City. Someone should should point out that ambitious 26 year old footballers don't give a fuck about united's history City have been the dominant club over the last 10 to 15 seasons, they remember that.
