Found it grimly amusing that co commentator of our game was Arsenals Alan Smith.

And co commentator for Arsenal was Garry Neville with Ian wright and Roy Keane (who I don’t actually mind)

City really aren’t part of the media “family”

At the end of the day the main issue is there are a lot of people wanting Arsenal to win the league
I get that and personally we haven’t been good enough even if they have been a bit shit too

The problem though is they will all stay silent and be happy arsenal win the league
But next year, when we are back and winning the games by 2/3 like we should have this year they will regret the fact that the refereeing is still dogshit accross the league

They will stay silent because they hate city but next year when Arteta is crying there will be no sympath

I agree with you about the media. I was with three dippers after the recent FA Cup match in a bar in town, all of them wanted us to beat Arsenal to the title. I had a similar conversation with a Chelsea fan in London before the LC Final. There’s not much love out there for Arsenal.
