The club’s lawyers won’t concern themselves with some nobody Utd fan on Twitter chatting shit.

I’ve got no idea why people are posting that crap. If it was from a well known journalist or pundit, saying something outrageous like that, I’d get it, but that Twitter handle is a nobody.

It’s just going to piss people off and the poster shouldn’t be doing it.

Obviously needed because it was a clear and obvious mistake to allow the goal on the field which took VAR 5 minutes to decide. 5 minutes does not constitute a clear and obvious error.

Maybe it's good to expose the bald twat and to promote a "pile on". The bald prick might then think about what he has to post or considers a change in career / hobby.

We are living in times where these dickhead wannabe "influencers / vloggers" can spout absolute shite with no rationale or facts and can build up a following unvetted.

I agree that if it was a respected journalist coming out with these comments then it's a different matter.

Unfortunately whether you like it or not, these amateur pundits who pose as "influencers / vloggers" are considered part of the media and their messages are getting through to the younger generation via tik tok and other channels. Sky sports now hire them for Saturday morning coverage and build up, Talk Shite gave Goldbridge his own slot and even 5 live interview these dickheads.

They aren't journalists, have no qualifications yet media outlets are giving them a platform.

Just think they’re better off ignored at that level, he’s going to get traffic and clicks now as a result of it being shared.

Just find them on LinkedIn and send their views to their employer or customers. During the league battles with Liverpool and dipper on Instagram messaged me that he was going to stab me in the face and burn my house down with my kids in it… the fool had the same name of profile picture on LinkedIn, I believe he was released from his role.

He was Darren Cann who was also part of the VAR team in last years FA Cup final. I found the decision not to send the Palace keeper off quite strange, to put it mildly. As many have commented on here they (VAR) can make decisions to influence/favour a certain result.

It wasn’t strange. Darren Canns last official act was on VAR for Palace for whom he was a youth player. Nothing strange about that.

It supports my belief that there should be a club representative in the VAR room for both clubs.

I also believe that representative should have the power to insist that the referee goes to the screen to form his own opinion.
