Smith didn’t say they had more historical pull. He said that playing for the club that finished fifteenth last season, that isn’t in Europe, that is currently in the bottom half, that has a long standing record of ruining footballers, whose stadium roof leaks and that has just sacked all the dinner ladies is ‘glamorous’.

He had the misfortune of playing for a glamour club in AC Milan & it did fuck all for him.

Shitting.
ShitTING
SHITTING !!

I've been away under Rics ban hammer for so fecking long that I'm losing my touch !!

I have had a sneak preview -

Commercial revenue down
Footballing revenue down
Broadcasting revenue down
Redundancy costs up
Losses up
PSR special allowances up 400%
Have to disagree with "broadcasting revenue down" Last season virtually all of their PL games were televised. That trend has continued this season so far. This would increase their broadcasting revenue, not reduce it.

Their accounts for the current FY will be a bloodbath when published this time next year.

Most lines will be in brackets and the PSR threshold will be under threat.

It's getting beautifully serious over there on and orf the pitch.

Manchester thanks you Sheikh Mansour.

DELICIOUS

it’s fucking comical. If he’d said Donnarumma had wanted to move to United because they were a bigger club or historically more successful it would still have been a lie but at least it would have been at least arguable.

Can anyone with any sense of reason actually imagine him saying that to his agent?

The notion that a guy who’s just won a CL medal, who is approaching his peak, aspires a move to United for reasons of glamour is so preposterous he may as well have said that Donnarumma is a huge fan of Lou Macari’s chippy as it wouldn’t have been any less absurd.

The thick cunts just can’t fucking help themselves.
That's fantastic Lou Macaris chippy indeed.
Was ticking when I read the glamour shit and City pay bigger wages (as if) but it's so laughable as you highlighted.

BBC not surprisingly spinning it with headline of record turnover and only stating a 30 odd million loss on the article.
Headline for us would be City make 30 million loss despite record turnover

Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit Gordon.

He's clearly misunderstood the difference between 'glamorous' and 'languorous'!

I was being ironic rather than factual. The point being about how they are given whatever help they need on PSR compliance, such as a £31m Covid allowance when all other clubs got a maximum of £1m, or a special £35 million PSR share dealing allowance for share dealings between the glazers and scruffy jim

Who needs champions league football eh?
Fookin bollocks
This season -:

No Europe
No Carabo
Reduced sponsorships
Losses on most transfers
Rash Ford return
Sancho return

Apart from 300 redundancies & cost cutting there will be very few black lines in the current FY accounts.

They've not reached the bottom yet !!
