England bid for women’s wc and these are the bbc headlines

Ha!

United’s new stadium is nothing more then a pipe dream atm, and there’s no guarantee it will even be built in time for the Women’s World Cup, but BBC United are pushing it in their headline.

Of course, City’s 62,000 seater stadium, with a 401 room, 4* hotel, connect to the Etihad, onsite parking for 1000’s of cars, onsite hospitality on the Collar site and Etihad Campus, and the Coop Live Arena, suitable for other uses on a match day, only get’s a mention in the list of stadiums put forward, which will be accessed and reduced down by FIFA officials. Not to mention the CFA across the road for teams to use.

A pretty vile example of how our accomplishments will always be belittled.

"How hard is it to win back-to-back Premier League titles?
Since the biggest clubs broke off and decided to hoard the television revenues for themselves at the beginning of the 1990s, there have been 32 completed Premier League seasons. And of those 32, just 11 have featured a repeat champion.

All of those 11 repeat winners check one of the following boxes:

☑ Managed by Sir Alex Ferguson
☑ Owned by a Russian oligarch
☑ Currently being investigated by the Premier League for 115 potential breaches of financial regulations"

Fuck off you twat.

Top story in the “Football” part of the BBC Sport website (at time of writing)?

An interview with a fella who used to be a player and failed manager.

Is it Gary O’Neill? Or Stuart Pearce? Or Alan Pardew? Thierry Henry? Don’t be daft, they wouldn’t get headline status.

No - it’s top billing so it has to be a Rag!

He is at his worst paired with Darren Fletcher. Fletcher is a RAG. Mrs Asa is a friend of his in laws. They take the piss out of him ,for his continued nonsensical rabbiting. They support the opposition team from the outset in direct contrast to the Arsenal and other games.
He is making a fortune too for the rubbish he spouts.
Fletcher is a Forest fan.

Fletcher is a Forest fan.

You would think so living in the area, does go on Forest fan podcasts. He does so more now they are Premier League, but he has never been a fan

I have known Lauren's (wife ) family 30 years. I knew Lauren well before Fletcher came on the scene.Won't go onto detail, but take it from me he is a RAG.
Supports Wealth creation and himself most of all.

He has said on commentary he supports forest before, but then he is probably like many fans in lower teir (which forst were at the time) who also supprot whoever is top of the league, so a rag first but picked forest to latch onto while they were shit.

something I have never understood how some can have a team and then a winning team, thankfully it is not as common as proper fans of a club, I've know bury, wigan, alty fans etc who also "follow" us or the rags just plain wierd

Have briefly met him a couple of times in Nottingham, my ex-wife was his line manager when he worked for local radio in Nottingham and I know a number of Forest fans who know him and I’ve never had reason to assume he’s anything other than a Forest fan.

Not saying you’re absolutely wrong, but if he is a rag then he’s done an incredible job of hiding it.

Also don’t agree with the PL point, as he was vocal in his support for Forest when they were in the Championship.

I think he will be happy that the vast majority believe it. After all a certain referee is a certified Alty fan(lifelong)
Perhaps over time he has welcomed the perception. And perhaps he has been reincarnated.
Having been close to Lauren's family through Mrs Asa for a very long time, I know what I know. I have been to celebrations where he has had Savage tagging along and others, holding court.
Last I heard his Son at Forest Academy too

No mention there for clubs:

Whose fans unlawfully killed 39 opposition supporters
Hold parades on the anniversary of the above
Illegally accessed a scouting database of a rival club
Are sponsored by an organisation sanctioned for laundering money for terrorists
Are owned by a proven baseball cheat
Benefitted from interest free owner loans
Were saved from administration with a loan from a bank owned by the UK taxpayer

ESPN. is either ex players no one gives a shite about, failed journalists and clueless septics.

most or their articles are basesless fan pieces not worth the bandwith

Still using the excuse.

When it comes to Liverpool, the Football Media have no shame in using excuses for them.

Many of these players will have lost very close family members during past seasons, the scouse are milking this players death for all it's worth.

It's par for the course for them.
