I agree woth this. It is too easy and rather lazy to target Sterling as a mercenary just because he joined City. But that is the narrative and I think its more about his coming from a poor background and this non typical macho, vulnerable look rather than his colour.

I said its not to do with race. You can look sensitive/vulnerable (open, nonprotected features) no matter what your ethnic background.
