I'm dreading hearing the eulogies tonight on Talkshite, but last night 'It was only Basle'.BBC campaign to get Salah the player of the season now in full flight. Article from McNulty on BBC website and now wanking over him on Football Focus. Anfield press department clearly have a few favours to call in at the Beeb.

We were all over the sports media yesterday with everybody eulogising over whether we can win the Champions League. All the pundits quite rightly think we can, and that a Quadruple is not out of the question. The club has never had so much positive press.
