This Mornings MUEN online main page.(7:03am)

In order, from top to bottom.

At least we managed the 6th article.

Yes, just below the article about a Rochdale player.

What is really sickening is the story about the Rochdale player is actual news, and all the previous Rag stories were just froth and bulls**t.

There used to be an ounce of truth that the MUEN wasn't biased against City. Some on here even argued the MUEN's cause.

I think that ounce has now disappeared.

It's fact that the MUEN is biased against City when it comes to United.

Wouldn't know - don't even take a free copy these days - I have no interest in reading the MUEN and feel all the better for avoiding it.

Been reading through this Miguel Delaney discussion. Pointless and a bit ridiculous. And could have been avoided with a "yeah, it wasn't the best pic to put on. I'll have a word" tweet right at the start.

Doesnt seem to be the way things work nowadays.

You do realise that all these clicks and the interest he's generated will probably earn him a nice bonus and the holy grail of more followers?

He's been nicely encouraged by winding up City fans - i imagine he's bought whoever uploaded that picture a nice bottle of champagne

Just ignore him, better still block him

I just think it's funny.

Don't care about clicks, bonuses or followers. Just gives me an idea of the sort of person he is, and how much attention I should pay to his opinions.

Have any of our wonderful news outlets yet discussed the money we have got through player sales and made a net spend...?

I haven't seen any.

Don't be silly. Everybody know's City never sell players. They just fall into a black hole never to be seen again.

Quote from the article:
Every club needs that statement signing when they announce themselves as an elite club.

Manchester City are still waiting. Robinho was first for the Citizens – similar to PSG’s €42 million move for Javier Pastore - but after that the initial move, other deals have been big: Sergio Agüero, Kevin De Bruyne, Leroy Sané and Bernardo Silva to name a few, but only big in terms of fees spent, rather than personnel.

We haven't made an elite signing apparently. Wonder what they would have written if we had spent £200m on 1 player.

Somehow the monumental bile of that article has even managed to bring city hating tweeters on side! Fantastic :D

I see Tony Attwood at Untold Arsenal is still waging his 1 Man campaign against City.(and Chelsea)

He really is a tiresome f***ing plum, who has once again gone out of his way to show and to prove what?

Give it up and let it go Tony, and move on with your sorry Gooner life, otherwise City will send you to your grave at this rate.

I will give him the click bait for once.

Which clubs have bought the most, sold the most, loaned the most, released the most players?

By Tony Attwood

Market prices are exactly that whether it is footballers or apartments in central London.

I seem to recall that the poker stake style bid increases happened when MUFC´s 50 M bid for Lukaki ? was matched by Chelsea and they immediately almost doubled their original offer with typical USA tactics.
Maybe the market was already trending upwards but if anything was likely to fuel player inflation surely that was it.

Am I right thinking that the article above is slating us for not spending £200m on one player, plus £500k a week?

I think the last week of pre season is the perfect timing for a major anti City story. The Tabloids will either dig up some old story,or invent something for the masses to gorge on.
Sky will run with a ticker, with no comment on it for a few hours.
Pep furious, Aguero to leave, Ffp, love triangle,
My favourite for this season, Ederson will be targeted, pep got it wrong again.
Already started to trend on talkshite this one.

Or may be paranoid this morning after 2 bottles of red

I would assume that around 80% of players at top 6 clubs are bought from other clubs, so why is it that only Sterling and Walker get booed? The only reason is that they play for us, and the dirty rotten media bias has turned the general public against us, cunnttss
