Why do people have an issue with Stu Brennan?

I`ve no idea Ajm ? Irrespective of his allegiances he really has given us wonderful revues over the years.I accept that not everything is positive and their are some things that I`ve not agreed with him over.But he is overall a very well balanced reporter and if you read his views on the media outcry on spending £50M on full backs,he has stuck two fingers up to the rest and says they are here for the long run and its not a short term fix.
By the way he loves Pep and his philosophy on how football should be played and regularly has little digs at Maureen and his tactics.
Give the guy a break some of you.

He's certainly no Paul Hince, but then Hince wasn't shackled by the obvious Rag loving editorial team.

Criticising him is a prime example of the extreme opinions on this forum.

Like you say I do not agree with everything he writes and on occasions I actually think he is too pro-city. But its difficult to believe anyone can suggest he is not overall very positive about the club which he clearly has a great deal of respect for.

I do read what he puts but as I say you can stick up for the rag and the muen as much as you want.
Brennan might say a few nice things about us but face facts he's a rag trying to gain favour with some blues and I personally would rather have a blue reporting on us.

But it's not just Brennan who does the City reports/ articles is it?
Robson etc don't even try to disguise their bile towards us.
A local paper should have rags for rag section and blues for blue section.

A local paper or any paper for that matter should have OBJECTIVE jpurnos. That's all.

I`d like knowledge and honesty and even handedness, we dont seem to get alot of that in the media

Agree but you can see the irony of people moaning about a biased media but then wanting a City fan to report on us.
