So according to rags City have no history but Newcastle do. That would the history in which they haven't won a trophy for 49 seasons (Inter Cities Fairs Cup), an FA Cup for 63 seasons, a title for 81 seasons or a League Cup ever. Add to which the story I've heard is that Newcastle was one of the clubs originally being considered by ADUG but was quickly dismissed as a basket case.

Watched Colin Warnick suggesting If City won the league that they won’t be having any reunions in the future by the City players..not like he does for his Scarborough and Notts County promotions, wonder why they call him Colin Wanker ?

He has 7 promotions in his 50 year career and is lauded for it..does he not realise Aguero and Toure are not the type to settle into a working men’s club with cheap beer to celebrate getting a promotion..different class Colin

Complaint submitted to the BBC regarding the blatant ignoring of the Lumpkaku incident.

"It appears that the MOTD editorial Team deliberately ignored an incident where Romelu Lukaku kicked out at a defender twice in the build up to Manchester United’s goal. It was clearly visible in real time, so there is no way it was missed by the analysts. I am certain there is more than the one camera angle of the incident, but it seems the team only chose to show a limited view of the incident.

Interestingly, the editorial team managed to find a camera of the slightest brush of the ball on the defenders foot as the ball went out for the corner which led to the goal, but strangely not the violent conduct in the same build up. Whilst this incident may not have directly affected the outcome, it was still violent conduct which is punishable by a Red Card. At the time of the incident this would have meant Manchester United would have to play for at least 24 minutes with 10 players, assuming the Match Officials saw the incident, which they obviously didn’t.

When Sergio Aguero elbowed Winston Reid, he was correctly retrospectively banned for violent conduct. The MOTD team carried out a full analysis of the incident, and it was played out on all social media platforms, including the BBC match report. Aguero was subsequently banned for the Manchester Derby. (http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37146992)

It makes me wonder what the BBC MOTD teams reasoning is behind not even mentioning the Lukaku incident 3 games before the Manchester Derby. It looks like a clear case of bias to me."

I expect the usual bulls**t reply.

Good post that mate. Worth challenging the BBC on this one even if it only highlights the issue.

The problem is the fact we know retrospective punishment is genuinely determined by trial by media and so this is really a FA issue but pressuring the BBC as a byproduct is not a bad thing.

Lets hope it may get picked up on tonights edition of motd - wont hold my breath though

I'd bet not. They'll show the briefest of highlights, showing the Rag's battering them and the goal. The rest of their game will be airbrushed from existence. Conversely, Huddersfield will be shown battering us, and every controversial decision against them or for us will be discussed by the pundits.

Said this in the castles thread but I think We should all band together and report Castles' tweets as spam just to mess with him and maybe get his account shutdown from twitter for a couple of days

What's Chappie done to hurt everyone? I too wasn't keen on the Mancini bashing but there was plenty in there beyond that which made it an interesting read. Particularly the Balotelli stuff. How come nobody's commented on that yet?

Look don't get me wrong I'd take the Mancini years over Chappie's years every day of the week but the way some of you bang on about Mancini you'd think he was Lenin.

Yeah he was good but not at that level - tbf I can't see Bobby achieving anything like the success young Neil had with Celtic.
