I'd go as far as saying it's organised between the football media in this country and the PL cartel clubs, with the Glazers and FSG taking the lead. They have learnt they can't destroy us, so they will make sure City will get as little media exposure as possible.
Its being going on for years ,without a shadow of doubt.

Interesting that there were about 11,400 likes on the BBC post announcing Everton's third equaliser and only 4,500 dislikes. Wonder if it dawns on their editorial team that not as many like the rags as they thought when looking at those likes and dislikes?
Yep, It's something I've never understood from the rag sycophant media.

Don't they understand that whilst their may well be masses of armchair rags there are even more football fans who despise the rags and are sick of the constant fawning and favouritism they receive in the media.

There is so much shit out there in media world (Simon Stone yesterday as an example) and yet it doesn't stop nitpicking on City writers who are predominantly very good on City matters. Jack Gaughan is excellent IMO and I particularly enjoy him on pods - Bluemoon, 93:20 etc. Only this morning I read a great article of his on Phil Foden.

I dug out the WBA report to see what the fuss was about.

It started with this:

"When they are like this, you can never be quite sure how many players are actually out there in Manchester City blue.
It certainly does not feel like just the 11 named. Maybe someone sneaks on without anybody noticing.
Way too good, way too slick. Pep Guardiola appeared to have three false nines on the pitch, and West Bromwich were a spinning top waiting to collapse. There is always a man over, always yards and yards of grass to move into. And when players of this ability engineer that much space, the result will end the same way most weeks.
This is 11 victories on the trot in all competitions for Guardiola, the first time he has managed that since the Centurions season of three years ago. The run has included swaggering away victories at Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea. This was another for the collection.

City have climbed to the summit for now and this dominance of the division is well-timed, given the wretched form of some other contenders. Style is always a big indicator with Guardiola and this current version, beauty with brawn, is exceptionally dangerous"

IMO save your ire for the real twats and not the likes of Jack.
Sorry i am not got to read the Mail to see if this bloke has written a good article or not.
He seems a bit twattish in the article you quote with the unnecessary 'City have climbed to the summit FOR NOW'. Perhaps he is expecting or hoping for a fall but l won't be reading the Mail to find out.

i think he’s good on the whole & I like what he has to say on the pod, I think he is often let down by the headlines to his articles. I noticed he was pissed at blues for complaining of this but maybe his concern should be aimed at the bloke writing shitty headlines & not fans who don’t realise it’s not the journalist.

Not sure why a journalist can’t write his own headline ffs.
I thought that at the time. I think headlines are written by sub-editors and often seem at odds with the articles
I don’t read the Mail and what I get to see is what fellow Blues and l don't listen to any pods either. I didn't like the WBA article that was quoted on here. I don't know what he said in his alternate story on the same match but writing two versions to try and please two different articles is weird at best.
Writing an article about 'the war of words' with Klopp and omitting the facts is poor if an honest mistake and sheer twattishness if deliberate.

Did we have no sport yesterday?

I've been changing from BBC to Sky for roughly a hour and seen nothing not even a mention of the Rugby or Cricket.

Just before l got in bed l saw the rags score as 3-2 in the 90th thought 'bastards', read a while and went to sleep.
This morning lve just been on this thread so your thread has been a great start to a cold day. Roll on MOTD to watch those disappointed little faeces sorry faces.
